Central Carolina Technical College has partnered with Nelnet, a leading educational planning and financing company that provides billing and customer services for students.
The Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan is not a loan program. There are no interest or finance charges, and there is no credit check. For a non-refundable enrollment fee of $30 (per semester), Nelnet will provide you with a monthly payment plan divided into several payments.
If there is an outstanding balance over $500 on your account, it must be paid in full before registering for the next term.
Payment Plan Options for Spring 2025
You must enroll by December 31, 2024* to qualify for this option:
Finance tuition, fees AND/OR books for 25% down plus $30 processing fee with 4 monthly installments. Remaining balance will be budgeted over four payment dates:
January 20, 2025 – February 20, 2025 – March 20, 2025 – April 20, 2025
*After December 31, 2024, you will only be able to enroll in the regular payment plan:
Finance tuition, fees AND/OR books for 25% down plus $30 processing fee with 3 monthly installments. Remaining balance will be budgeted over three payment dates:
February 20, 2025 – March 20, 2025 – April 20, 2025
How to Enroll and Information about the Payment Plan
A link to Nelnet payment plan online enrollment is located once you login to MyCCTC. It is on the Financial Services page in the Business Office Resources section.
Payment Methods
- Automatic bank payment (ACH)
- Credit Card/Debit Card (service fee of 2.85%)
Payments are processed on the 20th of each month
Cost to Participate
- $30 enrollment fee per semester
- $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
