Scheduling an Appointment
DSST exams may be taken at the Main Campus or at the Shaw AFB Education Center testing locations. Appointments are required, and students must have base access if testing at the Shaw AFB Education Center.
Use Testing Services Registration to schedule your exam online or call Testing Services at (803)774-3306.
Exam Fees
DSST exams cost $100 paid at the time of testing, unless you are DANTES eligible and there is a $25 proctor fee that can be paid in person on test day or by phone by calling (803) 774-3324.
The proctor fee is waived for Active-Duty Military and Dantes funded test candidates.
