Scheduling an Appointment
CLEP exams may be taken at the Main Campus or at the Shaw AFB Education Center testing locations. Appointments are required, and students must have base access if testing at the Shaw AFB Education Center.

Exam Fees
CLEP exams cost $97 and you must purchase your CLEP ticket prior to scheduling your appointment. CLEP tickets can be purchased through Collegeboard. There is a $25 proctor fee that can be paid in person on test day or by calling (803) 774-3324. The first attempt is free for DANTES funded Active-Duty Military and Ready Reserve. Eligibility is determined when obtaining your test ticket.
