Central Carolina Technical College has partnered with Nelnet, a leading educational planning and financing company that provides billing and customer services for students.

The Nelnet Automatic Payment Plan is not a loan program. There are no interest or finance charges, and there is no credit check. For a non-refundable enrollment fee of $30 (per semester), Nelnet will provide you with a monthly payment plan divided into several payments.

If there is an outstanding balance over $500 on your account, it must be paid in full before registering for the next term.

Payment Plan Options for Fall 2026
You must enroll by July 31, 2026* to qualify for this option:

• Finance tuition AND/OR books for 25% down plus $30 processing fee with 4 monthly installments. Remaining balance will be budgeted over four payment dates:

August 20, 2026 – September 20, 2026 – October 20, 2026 – November 20, 2026

*After July 31, 2026, you will only be able to enroll in the regular 3 payment plan:

• Finance tuition AND/OR books for 25% down plus $30 processing fee with 3 monthly installments. Remaining balance will be budgeted over three payment dates:

September 20, 2026 – October 20, 2026 – November 20, 2026

*After August 31, 2026, you will only be able to enroll in the regular 2 payment plan:

• Finance tuition AND/OR books for 25% down plus $30 processing fee with 2 monthly installments. Remaining balance will be budgeted over two payment dates:

October 20, 2026 – November 20, 2026

How to Enroll

A link to Nelnet payment plan online enrollment is located once you login to MyCCTC. It is on the Financial Services page in the Business Office Resources section.

Payment Methods

• Automatic bank payment (ACH)
• Credit Card/Debit Card (service fee of 2.85%)

Payments are processed on the 20th of each month

Cost to Participate

• $30 enrollment fee per semester
• $30 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
