Course Description

This course examines the history of women and their roles in society from ancient to modern times, focusing on attitudes toward women and how gender has affected life opportunities. It follows the development of women’s roles in contemporary society. Prerequisites with a grade of “C” or higher: RWR 100 or placement into ENG 101.
