Course Description

An examination of the legal, social, historical, and philosophical influences and functions of educational institutions in the United States. Within the parameters of an approved articulation agreement, this course may transfer to an accredited Education program at a comprehensive four-year college or university. Prerequisite with a grade of “C” or higher: ENG 101 or concurrent enrollment. Student must contact Early Care and Education Department Chair prior to registration to complete required paperwork.
