Designs, develops, plans, and implements all aspects of the College’s (PBI) Competitive Grant ACE Project. Collaborates with Office of Institutional Effectiveness on institutional data. Develops and submits reports on the effectiveness of ACE project and initiatives, and makes recommendations for improvements where applicable. Implements communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of the progress of project objectives. Manages, plans, and evaluates all budgetary functions of the ACE grant. Works collaboratively with other areas of the College to leverage resources. Completes annual planning process as a unit of Academic Affairs. Coordinates external evaluation and training. Supervises the ACE Advisor. Oversees recruitment and advisement of African American (AA) male student cohort and develops strategies to increase enrollment and success of AA students, particularly AA male students. Serves on the Success Team for AA students, and on College’s Retention Team. Collaborates with the PBI SUCCESS Director and Retention Coordinator and other areas of the College on retention initiatives. Assists with retention activities particularly for high need and African American students. Participates in professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:                        

Master’s degree and one year of experience in student services programs.

PREFFERED:                                    

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Student Services, Education, or closely related field and one (1) year experience in higher education and federal grant management.

Provides financial information to Central Carolina Technical College’s Accounting, Purchasing, and Human Resources offices. Coordinates and prepares bank deposits, financial reports, purchase orders, accounts receivable, accounts payable, club accounts, etc., for high school, vocational, and adult education programs to College Accounting Office for processing and disposition. Processes employment packages for new temporary employees; prepares temporary employment agreements for temporary employees, adjunct teachers, and dual employment; prepares monthly payroll certifications for temporary employees; maintains a list of current temporary employees. Coordinates invoicing of dual-enrollment students to school districts and maintains physical textbook inventory with College Business Office. Coordinates invoicing of vocational students to school districts as well as requests for reimbursements through GAPS and county funding sources. Coordinates and invoices facility rental with Director, building maintenance, and security. Collaborates and coordinates with Business Office on the annual audit.

QUALIFICATIONS:                        

Associate degree with accounting related courses plus 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; or, high school diploma plus 4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.

SALARY:                                            

$30,000 – $33,500.

Supervises all custodial personnel. Plans, organizes, schedules and prioritizes work activities, assigns tasks to workers and allocates equipment and materials to accomplish assigned tasks. Communicates expectations and standards of performance to custodial staff and inspects work to ensure that it was properly completed. Interviews and selects qualified personnel for employment. Provides initial training for new and ongoing training for all custodial personnel. Maintains and approves time cards, entering into web time entry system. Maintains records of work schedules. Maintains detailed schedule of cleaning services for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and any other frequency of cleaning tasks–ensuring that all areas are cleaned at the appropriate intervals in order to maintain at least “Level 2” appearance level per APPA Operational Guidelines for Educational Facilities – Custodial. Plans and conducts periodic appearance level audits. Selects, requisitions, purchases, and receives supplies and equipment for custodial services. Maintains records of equipment repairs and supply inventory, ensuring that adequate supplies and equipment are maintained on hand at all times, accounted for, and controlled.

QUALIFICATIONS:                        

Associates degree in a related field and two years of related work experience to include one year in a supervisory capacity; or High School Diploma and four years of related work experience, to include two years in a supervisory capacity.

Supports with other administrative duties during heavy registration periods, and helps to cover duties in the absence of other administrative assistants.

QUALIFICATIONS:                        

Associate degree; or High School Diploma plus 2 years’ related work experience. Selected positions may require the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35-55 wpm and/or basic knowledge of computer operations.
