Manage the hiring process of all temporary employees, including processing all contracts in a timely manner, setting up all temporary employees into the HRIS system, maintaining temporary employees’ personnel files, sending out appropriate memos regarding scheduling and payout, and maintaining the temporary employee tracking file. Provides administrative support to all department of business affairs performing task including but not limited to insurance billings and claims, and web-based services for the entire college, Sorts and distributes daily mail for the division; makes phone calls; sends emails; takes minutes at meetings; processes incoming mail, purchase orders and invoices; monitors budgets; orders supplies. Assists the Vice President with the completion of State Capital budget documentation as well as reconciling actual expenses vs budget. Assists the Vice President and Division Directors with calendar management, travel reservations and documentation, special events, surveys and submits/tracks work orders. Assists with EPMS by setting up new hires in the performance management system and entering the goals of the new hires and those who have been reclassified. Assist with creating the planning documents and the reviews. Serves as the college’s back up to the Payroll Administrator.


A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
