1. Eligibility:

• Open to: All attendees of the Central Carolina Technical College (CCTC) event on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
• Exclusions: Employees of CCTC are not eligible to participate in the grand door prize drawing.

2. Entry Process:

• How to Enter:
• Attendees must complete a digital entry form with full name and contact information to receive a door prize ticket
• Show proof of submission at the Pit Stop With a Pro event door prize booth on August 29 and you will receive your door prize ticket
• Door prize tickets will be entered into a large ticket shuffling bucket that will be used to randomly pick the winner.

• Limit: One entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
• Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 5:40 p.m. on the day of the event.

3. Prize Details:

• Prize: Two (2) grandstand tickets to the Southern 500 race on Sunday, September 1 at Darlington Raceway.
• Prize format: The prize format is digital. Winner’s contact information will be submitted to our third party vendor who will then email the 2 tickets to winner. 
• Non-transferable: The prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for any other items or services.

4. Drawing:

• Method: A random drawing will be conducted to select the winner from all eligible entries.
• Time of Drawing: The drawing will take place at approximately 5:45 p.m. on the day of the event.
• Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced at the event and must be present to claim the prize.

5. Claiming the Prize:

• In-Person Claim: The winner must be present and respond within 5 minutes of their name being announced to claim the prize.
• Alternate Winner: If the selected winner is not present or does not respond within 5 minutes, another winner will be drawn from the remaining entries.
• Identification: The winner may be required to show valid identification to claim the prize.

6. General Conditions:

• Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow CCTC to use their name, likeness, and any statements made for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Liability: CCTC is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the drawing or the use of the prize.
• Disputes: Any disputes arising from the door prize drawing will be resolved at the sole discretion of CCTC.

7. Modification or Cancellation:

• Right to Modify: CCTC reserves the right to modify or cancel the door prize drawing if unforeseen circumstances arise.
