Central Carolina Techincal College congratulates Lisa Shaw as our 3rd Quarter Top Titan Award recipient!

Lisa continues to make a significant impact across the College through her leadership and dedication to providing exceptional technology services. Most notably, she has served as the lead for the College’s enterprise SaaS data migration, a major institutional initiative requiring extensive planning, coordination, communication and attention to detail. Her leadership throughout this process has been instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of critical institutional data while helping move the College toward a successful transition.

In addition to her work with the SaaS implementation, Lisa oversees IT communications with the College and consistently demonstrates an exceptional ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, professional and approachable manner. Her commitment to customer service has strengthened relationships between IT and departments throughout the College and has helped foster a culture of responsiveness and collaboration.
