Maria consistently demonstrates excellence through her management of approximately 4,500–6,000 ISIR records annually, ensuring students receive accurate and timely financial aid decisions while maintaining strict compliance with federal regulations.

In addition to her technical expertise, Maria serves as a key troubleshooter for Banner awarding processes and continues to support students directly by providing guidance as they navigate the financial aid process. Her work plays a vital role in supporting enrollment, retention, and overall student success.
