Works directly with users to solve problems or requests and diagnoses user needs. Maintains problem investigation diagnostics and tracks detailed information. Provides documented solutions to a problem for including in the knowledgebase. Documents and tracks Fresh Service submissions. Reviews and researches submissions for appropriate and accurate solutions. Follows up with appropriate end-user to ensure problem resolution. Assists with the smooth operation of User Support Services by effectively and efficiently using quality standards. Works in tandem with User Support Services Manager to manage content of myCCTC, to include role assignment and content management. Conducts orientation and training programs for faculty, staff, and students. Provides general information about information and learning technologies regarding access to services of the college, recognizing when inquiries exceed the scope of user support services by making accurate referrals to other service providers.


High School diploma and three (3) years relevant experience. An Associate’s degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.


$29,061 – $30,000.
