DESCRIPTION:                    

Serves as a College Recruiter, working with schools and other locations to recruit and enroll students by conducting career fairs, establishing displays, and making indoor and outdoor presentations to targeted potential students. Networks with school counselors and other secondary education representatives to strengthen and encourage educational partnerships. Participates in events sponsored by educational consortia that build college and career awareness for area high school, career center, and adult education students. Represents the college at various indoor and outdoor communities, business, industry, and military events to recruit students. Speaks at meetings and other forums to provide information concerning the college’s offerings and disseminates promotional college material. Utilizes the CRM to develop and deliver comprehensive, ongoing communications to prospects and students. Creates and manages events using the event management tool. Enters recruitment data, tracks contacts and event attendance, reviews activity reports, and provides data to appropriate personnel. Uses data to identify necessary changes to recruitment activities. Stays abreast of admissions processes, college policies, and academic programs to ensure knowledge needed to effectively recruit students and assist with campus visits.

QUALIFICATIONS:             

Bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs.

SALARY:                              

$39,300 – $48,000.
