Designs, develops, plans, and implements all aspects of the College’s (PBI) Competitive Grant ACE Project; collaborates with Office of Institutional Effectiveness on institutional data; develops and submits reports on the effectiveness of ACE project and initiatives; makes recommendations for improvements where applicable; maintains accurate records from the ACE project; implements communication plan to keep stakeholders informed of the progress of project objectives. Manages, plans, and evaluates all budgetary functions of the ACE grant; makes annual budget requests, completes budget procedures in a timely manner; and works collaboratively with other areas of the College to leverage resources. Completes annual planning process as a unit of Academic Affairs; develops annual plans of action, completes annual effectiveness reports, and identifies appropriate goals for the unit; evaluates effectiveness of programs and implements changes for continuous improvement; coordinates external evaluation and training. Supervises the ACE Advisor; oversees recruitment and advisement of African American (AA) male student cohort; develops strategies to increase enrollment and success of AA students, particularly AA male students; and serves on the Success Team for AA students.
Bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Student Services, Education, or closely related filed and one year of experience in higher education and federal grant management.
