Assist students with college class enrollment. Connect students with student support services and academic success resources. Promote students persistence and retention by working with students to understand Degreeworks, degree plans and college resources. Collaborate with outreach admissions counselors, advisors, Academic Success Center, and staff to serve students. Provide support and assistance with caseloads for registration by making outbound calls. Host in-person registration lab hours or Zoom appointments with students. Assist with enrollment event and activities. Maintain daily contact spreadsheets and documentation. Conduct outreach calls to recent graduates on post-grad plans and discuss readmit process as needed. Assist with outreach to stop-out students. Twenty hours weekly.
Associates Degree; or High School Diploma and two (2) years related experience. Valid Driver’s license required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience providing client-centered customer service in-person, virtual, and by telephone. Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms, spreadsheets, and database systems.
