Central Carolina Technical College Wins Three National Advertising Awards

SUMTER, SC (11/09/2022) Central Carolina Technical College was named a winner in the 10th Annual Educational Digital Marketing Awards (EDMAwards).

The Education Digital Marketing Awards recognizes the best educational websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media and social media. More than 1,000 entries were received from colleges, universities and secondary schools across the country. 

The CCTC Marketing and Communications Department received three Gold Awards and three Silver Awards for the following:

Gold: Virtual Viewbook Microsite

Silver: CareerFocus Digital Publication

Merit: Social Media Content Campaign 

“Marketing plays a critical role in making sure potential students see CCTC as their college of choice,” says Nicole Miles, director of Marketing and Communications. “The CCTC Marketing and Communications team is incredibly proud to receive each of these awards as they represent the creative and professional work that we enjoy creating.”

Gold awards were granted to 201 institutions, silver awards were awarded to 115 institutions and bronze awards were awarded to 70 institutions. Since 2020, the Marketing and Communications department has won a total of 23 national advertising awards.

Judges for the EDMAwards consisted of a national panel of education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals.
