Assists and curates’ content and strategy for social media platforms for CCTC main accounts and supplemental accounts. Uses social media to strengthen the college’s brand and engages current and prospective students. Responds in a timely manner to questions, comments and reviews sent to the college via social media during operating hours. Analyzes social media data to help shape future marketing and social media campaigns. Creates all social media advertising, from design to placement to purchase. Reports monthly social media analytics. Establishes new social media venues as needed. Stays up-to-date on social media trends.  Maintains social media advertising budget. Provides clear, accurate and creative copy for all social media, press releases, promotional materials, slideshows and presentations following AP Style guide. Writes featured stories and articles – with a focus on storytelling – to grow brand and market awareness for the college. Maintains photo library on shared server drive. Coordinates photoshoots as needed.


A high school diploma and journey-level work experience in a related field.
