Teach classes in ENG 032 Developmental English – an intensive review of grammar and usage, mechanics of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, sentence structure, and the writing process. Evidence of planning, organizing, drafting, editing, and revising are emphasized in this course along with a study of different modes of writing for a variety of rhetorical situations. Also teaches classes in ENG 100 Introduction to Composition – a study of basic writing and different modes of composition and may include a review of usage. Classes are taught during the day and evening at the Main, Clarendon, Kershaw, and Lee campuses (Fall, Spring, and Summer).




Bachelor’s degree in content area or closely related degree.



Commensurate with education and experience.
