CLASS / SLOT:
Develops and administers all aspects of continuing education through the Industrial Technology Training programs and services. Works with credit programs that overlap with industrial technology to best use the resources of the College and serve the people of the service area. Supervises all Industrial Technology programs. Maintains appropriate credentials for all programs. Teaches forklift, SWE, leadership, and other appropriate classes. Monitors, evaluates, and improves courses. Recruits and supervises instructors and provides program support. Completes administrative paperwork necessary for the planning, implementation, and recording of courses. Identifies industrial partners sites and place students with the partners as needed. Completes all financial transactions required for course delivery according to college directives. Provides data and reports as requested. Assesses budget to determine revenue and expenses ensuring profitability. Provides oversight to ensure programs have accurate billing procedures for generating accounts receivables. Develops a sales campaign to effectively market programs generating enrollment in course offerings. Oversees the development of the Workforce Development catalog and website for Allied Health programs. Promotes credit programs to students and industry.
Bachelor’s degree and relevant program experience.
