How to Enroll: 5 Easy Steps
Step 1: Entrance Test Scores & Transcripts
Take Central Carolina Technical College’s placement test, submit acceptable SAT or ACT scores, or provide acceptable college transcripts. The ACCUPLACER® placement test may be taken at CCTC or another postsecondary institution. To schedule placement testing at one of our convenient locations, register online using Testing Center Registration. Test scores and/or unofficial college transcripts can be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to the Office of Admissions at 803-778-6696. Official college transcripts should be mailed to the Registrar or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Step 3: Advisement and Registration
After you have been admitted to the College, you will be advised on which courses to take during your first semester. Admissions staff will help you plan your class schedule and discuss program requirements. You will also receive your myCCTC username and password. Through this account, you will be able to access your student information, register for classes, review financial aid updates and receive your admissions acceptance letter.
Step 4: Financial Aid
Apply for financial aid online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Available financial assistance includes grants, loans, scholarships and South Carolina Lottery Tuition Assistance. If you have questions regarding your FAFSA, you may contact our Financial Aid office by phone at 803-778-7831 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Students who may be eligible for Veterans’ Affairs benefits should contact our VA representative at 803-778-7845 for more information.
Step 5: New Student Orientation
