Under the supervision of the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the Executive Director of Research and Institutional Effectiveness will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for data management for the College for decision making, reporting, and planning for Academics, Student Affairs, and other areas of the College; will be responsible for planning for and submitting all required reports for State Tech, CHE, SACSCOC and the US Dept of Ed reporting requirements; design, develop, administer, and analyze the surveys for all divisions of the College for sound decision making in a timely, accurate manner. Serves as the College’s accreditation liaison to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACSCOC), directs all efforts related to reaffirmation, reporting substantive changes, and meeting other requirements to maintain compliance with the Principles of Accreditation; monitors and guides policies and procedures to ensure College processes related to regional accreditation are current and accurate. Provides oversight and supervision for institutional planning, assessment, evaluation, accreditation, compliance and planning activities of the College. Reviews faculty credentials and develops and coordinates College-wide academic and administrative program reviews in coordination with ELT.
Master’s degree and progressive experience in institutional research or related field.
