Counseling and Student Life Services is hosting “The Chat Room: Mindfulness Practices part 2.” Negative emotions taking over when you’re trying to resolve a problem? Join us to learn mindful techniques to help keep emotions in check. Using the acronym A.C.C.E.P.T.S. as the basis for this interactive workshop you will learn how to manage distress, regulate emotions, and build better relationships.
