Designs, develops, plans, and implements all aspects of the college’s recruitment processes; assists with recruiting events as needed; develops and reviews appropriate reports to determine effectiveness of recruitment plan and initiatives; makes recommendations for improvements where applicable. Designs, develops, plans, and implements all aspects of the college’s admissions processes. Uses the CRM to analyze admissions application processes to ensure timely and efficient processing. Strives for 90% conversion rate for applicant to admitted student. Works closely with Advisement Support Center on process for transitioning new admits to advisement. Serves as the Residency Official for the college. Attends residency trainings to stay abreast of state requirements. Conducts lawful presence and residency reviews of all admitted/readmitted students to ensure accuracy of status. Supervises and evaluates recruitment and admissions personnel to ensure effective delivery of services. Completes periodic staff evaluations, monitors personnel needs and communicates needs and concerns to supervisor. Provides ongoing training to ensure staff have necessary skills and resources to perform effectively. Follows established procedures for the EPMS process. Participates in the budget and planning process. Relates department budgetary needs to supervisor and effectively manages allocated funds. This position will report to the VP.
A bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs.
