SUR 102 Applied Surgical Technology

Course Description

This course covers the principles and application of aseptic technique, the perioperative role, and medical/legal aspects. Prerequisites with a grade of “C” or higher: AHS 102, BIO 112 (or BIO 210 and BIO 211), MAT 155, and ENG 101. Corequisites: SUR 101 and SUR 104. This course is typically taught only in the fall semester.
