Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Course Description

This 10-hour online course is the first step in learning the Six-Sigma methodology. Yellow Belt training consists of a Lean overview, Lean Six-Sigma principles, 8 types of wastes, 5-S philosophy, the data driven quality strategy called DMAIC, Process Mapping, as well as the various Six-Sigma Tools. The Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is awarded to participants who successfully complete this training. This course is 10 hours and students must complete the training within two weeks. Classes begin weekly.
