Course Description

This course examines how to identify and assess employment needs within an organization. Students will also study the functions of recruitment, selection, and training, with an emphasis on employee retention. Prerequisite with a grade of “XC” or higher: RWR 032 or satisfactory placement score. This course is typically taught only in the summer semester.
