CPT 282 Information Systems Security

Course Description

This course is the study of the protection of information and equipment in computer systems. Topics include all aspects of systems protection, including physical security, hardware, software and communications security. Addresses technical, legal and ethical issues. Prerequisites with a grade of “C” or higher: CPT 110 and IST 267. This course is typically taught only in the spring semester.
