Assists the Director of Admissions with designing, developing, planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of the college’s recruitment processes; develops and reviews appropriate reports, collects and analyzes data to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plan and initiatives; maintains and utilizes technology, to include the CRM, to improve recruitment; works cooperatively with and, makes recommendations for improvements where applicable. Manages, coordinates, conducts and maintains the college’s Campus Visit Experience and special enrollment activities working cooperatively with department staff and divisions. Provides training for relevant staff, faculty, and volunteers to enhance the recruitment and enrollment experience. Completes periodic staff evaluations, monitors personnel needs, and communicates needs and concerns to the Director of Admissions. Follows established procedures for the EPMS process.
A bachelor’s degree and experience in student services programs. Preferred experience in higher education student enrollment and recruitment using a CRM.
