DESCRIPTION:                                

Under the limited supervision of the Director of Admissions, serves as the Assistant Director for Admissions. Assists the Director of Admissions with managing, designing, developing, reporting, planning, and implementing the college’s CRM admissions processes, including admissions, quality checking, and training. Manages applicant processes to ensure timely and efficient processing. Networks with other educational representatives. Conducts presentations as requested. Serves as an Admissions Coordinator providing admissions. Provides backup admissions virtually and onsite. Utilizes the College’s CRM and other enrollment tools for technical processing and internal and external communications, adhering to the communication standards established by the College. Supervises and evaluates the Admission Coordinators to ensure effective delivery of services. Completes periodic staff evaluations, monitors personnel needs, and communicates needs and concerns to the Director of Admissions. Provides ongoing training to ensure staff has the necessary skills and resources to perform effectively. Follows established procedures for the EPMS process. Manages, plans, and evaluates all budgetary functions of Admissions. Makes annual budget requests to the supervisor and completes budget procedures promptly. Participates in the annual planning process for the Department of Admissions to develop, establish, implement, and evaluate annual plans of action; annual effectiveness reports; goals and strategies; and, changes for continuous improvement for admissions. Manages and maintains Admissions Coordinator staffing and coverage of the F.E. DuBose Campus, Kershaw Campus, Lee County Site, and Shaw AFB Education Center Site for admissions and testing. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and some weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:                        

Bachelor’s degree and relevant program experience.

Preferred: Experience in admissions, student services, or related program.

SALARY:                                            

$45,000-$50,000
