Applicants applying for admission to credit programs must complete the College's placement test for course placement unless otherwise exempted. This is the mechanism by which students are placed into general education courses. When students are placed into developmental studies courses, it is expected they will progress through the designated sequence of courses.
Some programs may require other admissions tests. Exemptions to taking the College's placement test are granted if any one of the following criteria is met:

An optional Biology Placement Test may be taken to exempt Biology 100 and allowing the student to take other Biology courses when all other course prerequisites are met. A study guide is available at the following link:

A valid and current photo identification is required (driver's license or College ID) for testing session.
