Administrative Specialist II (130413CW)

Description

Provides administrative support to Dean of Instruction and Tutoring Center as well as support to the CCTC Bookstore. Must be able to work independently, and possess sound communication skills, both written and oral.  Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and be proficient in word processing, database management, and spreadsheets. Prepares documents and reports for the Tutoring Center, Dean of Instruction, and the CCTC Bookstore.

Qualifications

Associate Degree; or high school diploma and two (2) years of work experience.

Preferred

Associate Degree in Business or Administrative Office Technology or closely related field.

Salary

Hiring Range: $21,000 - $24,000
