Description
Assists supervisor in performing repairs and maintenance on College buildings and equipment. Performs general maintenance such as replacing and repairing lights and light fixtures, ceiling tiles, clocks, plumbing fixtures, door locks, etc; performs basic carpentry work; operates College vehicles to deliver packages and equipment and maintains College vehicles. Performs other related duties as required.Qualifications
High school diploma and two (2) years directly related work experience; or a 10th grade education and four (4) years directly related work experience. Requires valid driver’s license.Preferred
High school diploma and four (4) years directly related work experience. Construction, HVAC, and/or electrical trades experience.Salary
Hiring range is $24,000 - $28,000Anticipated Start Date
