Description
Under the supervision of the Vice President for Student Affairs, serves as Admissions Counselor at the F.E. DuBose Career Center in Manning, SC. Conducts admissions, academic, career, and personal counseling. Assists students with all aspects of admissions, advisement, and registration. Networks with local representatives to strengthen and encourage educational partnerships. Conducts workshops on various topics. Must perform a high degree of administrative and organizational efficiency in the areas of admissions procedures and policy implementation. Must possess a high level of written and oral communication skills; manage multiple tasks; and work well with people. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.Qualifications
Masters Degree in Counseling, Education, or closely related field.Preferred
Experience working in higher education.Salary
Hiring Range: $33,000 - $36,000.Anticipated Start Date
