Career Training and Developement (Continuing Education) course registrations are taken on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Class size is limited, and it is recommended that students register at least one month in advance. Courses without sufficient enrollment are subject to cancellation two weeks prior to the first day of class. In the event of cancellation, students will be notified.

  • Payment must accompany registration - no purchase orders accepted.
  • When using a credit card for payment, registration forms may be faxed to (803) 778-7879: please include card expiration date. If card is declined, alternate form of payment is necessary; STUDENT IS NOT REGISTERED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
  • Registration form must include student's Social Security number.
  • No registration confirmation will be sent - receipt may be obtained at time of attendance.
  • Class size is limited; 60-day advance registration is requested.
  • Students requesting a course transfer must choose another course scheduled within 6 months of the original; only one transfer per year is allowed.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining records of course attendance and hours; duplicate certificates will NOT be issued.

It is the policy of Career Training and Developement not to sell or otherwise distribute course materials outside the venue of Career Training and Developement controlled courses. Materials are copyrighted and all rights are reserved.

REFUND POLICY:

  1. A FULL REFUND - A full refund will be issued for all courses, seminars, and workshops cancelled by Central Carolina Technical College.
  2. PARTIAL REFUND - Registrations cancelled before the cutoff date (10 working days) will be assessed a 20% administrative fee (minimum $5.00).
  3. NO REFUND - There will be no refunds for cancellations less than 10 working days prior to the starting date.
  4. Written cancellation notice is required.

CERTIFICATES and CEUs

  • Certificates will be given to participants who successfully complete a course.
  • Continuing Education Units are awarded with each course.

To be registered in a class, payment MUST be included with the registration.
