Cardiac Care/EKG Certificate Program
This course teaches how to apply 12 electros leads to patients requesting EKGs telemetry, and is becoming increasingly popular in the hospital today. The ability to read and recognize heart rhythms is the function of the cardiac care technician. Students are required to have a high school diploma. Book, laboratory and insurance fees are included.
Introduction to Medical Terminology is a prerequisite.
