Request for High School Transcript

Moving from high school to college does not have to be a difficult process. At Central Carolina Technical College, we try to make the transition as painless as possible. Ordering your high school or GED transcript is a necessary step that enables us to document your work and graduation from the secondary school setting.

Please download a copy of the High School Transcript Request Form (pdf) or obtain a copy from the Admissions and Counseling Services Office and present it to your high school representative or state GED testing office. They will complete the information and send a copy of your transcript to Central Carolina Technical College.
