Spring 2010 Purge/Drop for Non-Payment & Penalty for Nonpayment/Late Registration Fees

Penalty for Nonpayment Fees

The $25 Penalty for Nonpayment fees for students who have registered but have not paid will be assessed after 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:

Spring - 16 week & 1st 8-week

January 4, 2010
Spring II - 2nd 8 week March 5, 2010


Late Registration Fees

The $25 Late Registration fee for students who have not registered before the Late Registration period will be assessed beginning on the following dates:

  • Spring - 16 week term - late registration fee begins on January 8, 2010
  • Spring I - 1st 8 week term - late registration fee begins on January 8, 2010
  • Spring II - 2nd 8 week term - late registration fee begins on March 8, 2010

Purge/Drop for Non-Payment

The purge/drop for non-payment will occur on Wednesday (night) before classes begin  and at the end of the drop/add period. Your account must be paid whether it is by financial aid or a scholarship, or a company is paying to avoid being dropped.

The last days to pay before the purge for Spring 2010 are as follows:

  • Spring - 16 week term - January 6 (by 7:00 p.m.) & January 15, 2010 (by 4:30 p.m.)
  • Spring I - 1st 8 week term - January 6 & January 13, 2010  (by 7:00 p.m.both dates)
  • Spring II - 2nd 8 week term - March 10, 2010 (by 7:00 p.m.)

Online Payment

The College now accepts payments online. The online payment option is available by logging into myCCTC. Payments can be made online by credit card or check. A small fee will apply.
