Student ID Regulations

Upon enrollment, you are required to obtain a College identification card from the Campus Security Office. ID's must be validated each semester of attendance.

Regulations for Use of Identification Card:

  • This card must be carried at all times and is to be shown for identification upon the request of any security officer, faculty member or administrator.
  • This card must be worn by the student when in any computer lab or computer classroom at the college.
  • Lending this card to anyone or failure to present it when requested by authorized personnel is a College violation and subjects the holder to disciplinary action.
  • This card should be returned to the Security Office when a student withdraws from the College.
  • Loss of ID card should be reported immediately to the Campus Security Office. Cost of replacement is $2.00.

An ID is issued only after you provide Campus Security with the required information, which is a copy of your payment receipt and a picture ID.

Campus Security performs random/periodic ID checks to ensure the safety of all students and to discourage unauthorized personnel on its campuses.
