Summer 2010 Purge/Drop for Non-Payment & Penalty for NonPayment/Late Registration Fees

Penalty for Non-Payment Fees

The $25 Nonpayment Penalty fees for students who have registered but have not paid will be assessed after 4:30 p.m. on the following dates:

Summer 10 week and 1st 5 week (Maymester)

May 7, 2010

Summer - Shaw/Online 8 week

June 4, 2010

Summer II 2nd 5 week

June 18, 2010


Late Registration Fees

The $25 Late Registration fee for students who have not registered before the Late Registration period will be assessed beginning on the following dates:

  • Summer—10 week, 1st 5 week (Maymester) term—late registration fee begins on May 14, 2010
  • Summer Shaw/Online – 8 week term – late registration fee begins on June 7, 2010
  • Summer II—2nd 5 week term—late registration fee begins on June 21, 2010

Purge/Drop for Non-Payment

The purge/drop for non-payment will occur on Wednesday (night) before classes begin and at the end of the drop/add period. Your account must be paid whether it is by financial aid or a scholarship, or a company is paying to avoid being dropped.

The last days to pay before the purge for Summer 2010 are as follows:

  • Summer—10 week, & 1st 5 week (Maymester) terms—May 12 (pay by 7:00 p.m) and May 19, 2010 (pay by 7:00 p.m.)
  • Summer Shaw/Online – 8 week term – June 9, 2010 (pay by 7:00 p.m.)
  • Summer II—2nd 5 week term—June 23, 2010 (pay by 7:00 p.m.)

Online Payment

The College now accepts payments online. The online payment option is available by logging into myCCTC. Payments can be made online by credit card or check. A small fee will apply.
