CLEP Testing
Central Carolina awards credit for knowledge demonstrated as a result of nontraditional learning experiences validated by the College Level Examinations Program (CLEP) Exam. The official results scored on the CLEP examinations must be requested by the student to be sent directly to the College’s Registrar by the issuing agency and must be on file in the student’s academic file in the Center for Student Information before an evaluation will be made. Contact the Main Campus Testing Center to schedule an appointment, call (803) 774-3306.

CLEP exams are administered at approximately 1,300 test centers located on college campuses across the United States and around the world. Registration procedures, as well as a current list of testing centers is available at the College Board.
Contact the test center directly to find out its registration procedure. Be sure to ask about any fees, testing schedule, and parking/transportation information.
To Receive Credit

Have an official copy of the score report sent to Student Records at Central Carolina Technical College.

You must be currently enrolled in a Central Carolina Technical College program of study to receive credit.
