Electrical Systems

This course is a study of the individual systems and components that when combined form the entire automobile electrical system. The course includes starting and charging systems, ignition, engine, chassis, and accessory systems as well as instruction in the proper use of electrical schematics. Prerequisites with a grade of "XC" or higher: ENG 032, MAT 032, RDG 032, and a grade of "C" or higher: CPT 102. This course is typically taught only in the fall semester.
