Payroll

Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees and temporary grant employees are salaried employees and are paid semi-monthly, on the 15th and the last day of the month. If pay dates fall on a weekend or holiday, pay will be issued on the business day prior. Taxes, retirement, and benefit premiums are deducted from pay depending on election and filing status.

Non-Exempt employees will complete a timesheet to record hours worked and leave time. Hours entered on the timesheets will not impact payroll unless there is an insufficient leave balance and leave without pay is required.

Exempt Employees will complete leave reports to record their leave usage. Pay will not be impacted unless there is an insufficient leave balance and leave without pay is required.

All temporary employees are hourly employees, and are paid monthly on the 15th of the month for hours worked in the month prior. Hours worked will be recorded on a timesheet. Temporary employees are not eligible for paid time off.
Pay stubs can be viewed online via myCCTC.
W2s and 1095Cs are issued (via US Postal Service) no later than January 31st of each year and are sent to the mailing address on file with Human Resources. If you need your W2 or 1095C re-issued, please complete the Request for W-2 or 1095C Form and return it to HR.
