Spend the Summer at CCTC
Students wishing to make the most of their summer have many opportunities for summer classes at Central Carolina Technical College. Registration for all sessions of the Summer Semester will open on Monday, February 23.
The normal Summer Semester begins this year on May 18. In addition to the normal schedule of courses this summer, Central Carolina will also offer two extra five-week summer sessions.
This year CCTC also offers new opportunities for students with “Maymester,” a series of four-week courses beginning May 11 and ending June 5. These three credit-hour courses are perfect for students of other colleges and universities who are returning home and would like to pick up a course or two at a fraction of the cost.
These courses are especially helpful for students at other colleges and universities who would like to take courses while home for the summer. Generally, the tuition for these courses at CCTC is far less than that of the student's four-year college, meaning that they can complete some of their coursework at a much more affordable rate.
