Central Carolina Technical College Announces 100 New Full Scholarships

money Central Carolina Technical College is proud to announce a new scholarship program for Industrial and Engineering Technology programs at the college. A total of 100 full scholarships will be offered for new students enrolling in one of the college’s Industrial and Engineering Technology programs.

All students who receive the one-year scholarships must meet the following criteria: Be a new student to the college; Be a resident of Lee, Clarendon, Sumter, or Kershaw Counties; Be a high school graduate or possess a GED; Register for at least 6 hours of course credit; Complete the FAFSA form for financial aid and a CCTC Scholarship application; Enter an Industrial and Engineering Technology Division certificate, diploma, or degree program of study; Maintain a 2.0 GPA to retain the scholarship for the second semester.

All programs including certificates, diplomas, or degrees in the Industrial and Engineering Technology Division are eligible for this program and include the following content areas:  Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Repair, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electronics Technology, Industrial Electricity/Electronics, Engineering Graphics Technology, Engineering Graphics, General Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tool Technology, Advanced Machine Tool, Machine Tool Operator, Welding, Natural Resources Management, Geographic Information Systems Operator, Environmental Engineering Technology, Water Operator, Wastewater Operator.
