Jayne Bowers is a Camden native who moved back home after living at the coast for thirty years. Jayne holds both M.Ed. and Ed.S. degrees from the University of South Carolina and has been teaching psychology in the SC Technical Education System for over 35 years.
She is the author of four blogs, including one for psychology students. Her articles have been published in Guideposts, The Petigru Review, and two LDS magazines: Ensign and Liahona. She is also the author of Human Relations in Industry: People at Work, and Musings of a Missionary Mom.
Crossing the Bridge: Succeeding in a Community College and Beyond is a practical guide to student success in a community college including topics ranging from self-assessment and financial aid to study skills and time management. This book also contains student stories and testimonials.
Eve's Sisters is a compilation of essays demonstrating the application of psychological and spiritual principles to the women of the Bible, showing us the similarities between the lives of Biblical women and those of today.
