Description
Conducts orientation/training programs. Provides gen. info. re: information/learning technologies. Works with users to solve problems/requests. Researches, tracks, documents requests/problems/solutions. Follows-up with/confirms users are able to access services and applications.Qualifications
Bachelor’s - comp. sci., info. tech., related field; or Associate - comp. sci., comp. tech., related field w/ 2 yrs exper. in support and troubleshtg data comm.. equip., office systems, data comm.. design, processing info./ install.; or H. S. dipl. w/4 yrs exper. in same. Knowledge of data comm. equip.; microcomp. hware, Windows OS, stand. applications, higher ed. admin. systems, portal navigation/content, course mgt sware, SmartClassroom techn. Train. Good cust. relations. Maintains records.Preferred
Three (3) years experience in customer relations in the higher education environment with operational knowledge of SungardHE Banner, Luminis, Microsoft Office 2007, Windows Vista, desktop and mobile computing, WebCT, and web-based user support management software.Salary
Hiring Range $24,881 – 27,000.Anticipated Start Date
