User Support Services Manager (020861CW)

Description

Manages user support service. Customer relations liaison. Oversees problems and resolutions. Analyzes reports. Recommends improvements. Ensures customer service/work relationships are reviewed and processes made innovative. Develops/delivers orientation/training programs. Develops web services/searchable knowledgebase.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s – comp. sci., info. tech., related field; or Associate – comp. sci., comp. tech., related field w/2 yrs exper. in support and troubleshtg data comm. equip., office systems, data comm.. design, processing info. or installation; or H. S. diploma w/4 yrs exper. in same. Knowl. of data comm. equip.; microcomputer hware, Windows OS, stand. desktop applications, higher ed admin. systems, portal navigation/content, course mgt sware, SmartClassroom tech. Able to train, direct, & coordinate.

Preferred

Three (3) years exper. in customer relations in higher ed w/operational knowledge of SungardHE Banner, Luminis, Microsoft Office 2007, Windows Vista, desktop and mobile computing, WebCT, and user support management software.

Salary

Hiring Range $26,000 - $30,000
