Administrative Specialist II (084982CW)

Description

Provides administrative support to the Director of Public Relations and other staff within the department. Works with limited supervision and direction. Coordinates daily office activities for the Director and performs administrative support for the department.

Qualifications

An Associate Degree; or a high school diploma and two (2) years related work experience.

Preferred

Must be able to work independently and possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Must have excellent customer service and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
