Description
Serves as an admissions counselor and coordinator for the College's ADA program that assists students with disabilities in the Student Affairs Division by providing quality academic, career, and personal counseling; provides assistance to students with disabilities to ensure adequate accommodations and compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act; serves as coordinator for the Special Populations program who reviews policies and procedures, provides workshops and assistance to participants, and ensures compliance with program regulations; provides information for prospective students; assists with recruitment and other related student activities. Some evening hours are required.Qualifications
Master's Degree in Student Services, Counseling, or closely related area. Must have working knowledge of the American's with Disabilities Act.Preferred
Master's Degree with two (2) years post-secondary student services or counseling experience.Salary
Hiring Range: $32,000 - $36,000.Anticipated Start Date
