Description
Provides leadership and management of the Health Sciences Division in nursing, medical assisting, surgical technology, and science in the planning, implementation, and delivery of all health sciences, allied health, and science credit programs. Implements new programs of study in health sciences programs including the development of curriculum for evolving health professions; supervises department chairs, program managers, and office support personnel. Manages divisional budgets. Oversees student advisement. Participates in College and community services activities. Participates in professional development activities. Responsible for instructional management procedures in the Health Sciences Division.Qualifications
Master’s degree in Health Sciences Management, Health Sciences Education, Nursing, Nursing Education, or closely related appropriate discipline and three years of progressively responsible related work/teaching experience.Preferred
